He has served the electrical industry for almost 4 decades starting with industry majors like Kirloskar Electric, Jyoti Group, and English Electric. For the last 24 years he was with ABB (across India, and MEA). Today, Mohan is an industry referent with established expertise in distribution sales strategy, retail development, portfolio expansion, brand protection, sustainable demand creation, and value driven growth leveraging a systematic multi-channel approach. He specializes in providing bespoke solutions around management coaching and mentoring, sales and marketing, educational support and liasoning activities. He does this by disrupting the status quo and focusing on value delivered, enablement and knowledge transfer.He has been actively associated with anti-counterfeiting activities for the last 18 years. Through a systematic approach of creating awareness, training and education, Mohan constantly attempts to promote essential values for trade in genuine products thereby reducing the impact of counterfeit electrical products.
