I have 17 years of experience in wire and cable field. I started my career with Niehoff one of the best wire drawing machine manufacturers in the world. My job responsibility is Erection, Commissioning of machines, attend to major problems at the customer site and guide the customer in case of problem. Then I joined Motherson Sumi Electric Wires Limited as a PED Assistant Manager then I promoted as a Section Manager Maintenance. My main job responsibility is to lead the team of Maintenance and Project. Project handling, Process Engineering was my core job. I worked with Motherson for four years. Then I joined Cable Corporation Limited-Uganda. My primary job responsibility is to take care of Mechanical Maintenance, Project and handling production. I was promoted as a Plant Manager in the year 2019 where I was heading Production, Maintenance, Quality ,HR and overall plant activities. Presently I am working in Abrol Engineering Company Private Limited as Operations head.
