My responsibilities spanned business development and delivery for a key line of business. While at Cognizant, I was instrumental in setting up and successfully spearheading one of the largest verticals in the Organization, Healthcare & Life Sciences, which was acknowledged as amongst the top contributors in terms of growth and revenue. I setup the first Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) initiative by an IT company in India for supporting clinical trials of a very large pharmaceutical organization, in addition to building innovative tools, competencies and solutions for the entire Healthcare spectrum.
