• Maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy of financial reporting.• Maintaining and strengthening internal controls over finance function.• Preparing of inter companies’ reconciliation, General Ledger reconciliations, bank reconciliations and analyzing of related accounts.• Performing invoice verification and reconciliation of GR/IR Clearing Accounts.• Preparing of Bank Payment Vouchers and reconciliation of the Supplier accounts• Handling Petty Cash Float and Maintaining Cash closing report up-to-date• Issuing and recording the receipts in the system.• Dealing with the banks and other relevant institutes.• Maintaining and keeping an up-to- date fixed asset register for check physical assets.• Maintaining Books of Accounts, such as Debtors, Creditors, Payroll, and PDC.• Verifying & sorting out the prime entries according to the nature of the Transaction.• Preparing monthly Municipality fees, computing and submitting in online for payment.• Monitoring of Stocks in computerized environment and maintaining monthly stock reports.• Maintaining & making sure Vouchers, Receipts, Invoice verification and all Financial Documents are filed in Serial Order with all supporting Documents.• Executing ad-hoc projects and analysis to support the Accounting Manager & Finance Manager, as and when needed
