Sales & Commercial Accounting :• Godown & Rail Head operations & Responsibilities – Site inspection, negotiations, documentation, preparation of rent agreements as per SOP guidelines. Coordination in operational areas along with Logistics, IT infrastructure, Communication devices etc. • Preparation of Presentations, budget, collection of various Statutory Forms, MIS to Zone, office administration, transporters & C&F negotiations, ensuring proper compliance with various management guidelines, policies and procedures applicable to commercial laws and other statutory obligations. LOGISTICS – SUPPLY CHAIN : • Mapping of destinations, Market review (survey), checking of availability of resources in market for Logistics operations.• Survey of sites for sales & distribution i.e. finding of godowns, Scaling of Potential & Feasibility study of material movement with cost effectiveness.• Negotiations with C&F and transporter, TLC (Total landing cost) analysis in consideration of transportation, C&F cost, taxes, godown expenses & other factors related to expenses & viabilities.• Comparison of Road & Rail movement cost i.e. freight, wharfage, demurrage,
