• More than five years of academic research experience in organic/inorganic semiconductor materials, graphene, High-temperature superconductors (HTS) device fabrication, and characterization using Quantum design PPMS system.• Strong background in piezoelectric and HTS device physics and interdisciplinary background in material science, physics, and chemistry• Knowledge in the design of experiments, process optimization, vacuum systems, regular monitoring and maintenance of systems and tools.• Presently working in fabrication and characterization of HTS materials for efficient pinning performance via incorporating artificial pinning centers (APCs) during in-situ grown of HTS material. • Fabrication: - Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), Thermal Evaporation, DC-RF Sputtering, Photolithography (class 100 cleanroom), Hydrothermal deposition, Spin Coating, Etching and Patterning, Glove Box usage. • Analytical & Characterization: - Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Atomic Force Microscope (AFM), Raman Spectroscopy, Electrochemical characterization, Profilometer, Optical Microscopy, X-Ray Diffraction.• Related Software: - Origin, MATLAB, Igor.
