Corporate action processValidating, processing and review of all Mandatory & Voluntary Corporate Action events on accounting.Research and validating events through captain, company news, Bloomberg etc.Pulling out the Corporate Action Event through 1141 corporate action Macro and Late announcement portal.Releasing non-voluntary Corporate action events from Goldcopy application.Tracking settlement on custody and settlement of corporate action trades on accounting as per trade settle on custody.Co-ordinate with reconciliation team to clear cash and share breaks.Handling client’s queries regarding corporate action events.Good knowledge of Bloomberg Terminal & Multi Currency Horizon System (MCH).Match and provide MIS for all Corporate Action Events processed for the day.We work with Bloomberg report to fetch events that has been announced by the third party.We also work on the pending corporate action events where we chase custody for the more detail of the event.Working on PLM breaks postd by the custody &ensure that there is no discrepancy between the custody posting & MCH posting.
