Led global team of 160 staff members in North America, EMEA, and APAC in compliance functions for SEC reporting, audit committee presentations, divestitures, and M&A.• Orchestrated complete reorganization and strengthened standardized processes for revenue recognition, SEC reporting, technical and operations accounting, subsequently benefitting seamless integration into Oracle ERP resulting in reduced shared service and external audit costs of $1M.• Implemented cross-functional global close enhancement program to improve quality and integrity of results while driving standardization and scalability to lower future costs.• Led four rounds of FY07 to FY09 10-K SEC Comment Letter review and management responses, including discussion with SEC reviewers and counsel, while updating executives and Audit Committee at each stage; closed FY11 10-K SEC Comment Letter in first round.
