Current• Day to day BAU supports 20k+ Linux virtual and physical servers.• Handling of DR Activity. VMware Site Recovery Manager for failover and failback of servers.• Ansible - Patch management• Different activities on Veritas Cluster.• ASM disk addition on physical and VM machines.• Working on HP/ Lenovo / super-micro-ILO consoles for trouble shooting of hardware & firmware related issues. Firmware / HP ILO version upgradation.• Network printer configuration and troubleshooting.• Change creation / implementation / presenting and getting it approved from CAB.• User SR request handling / implementation using VRA for CPU / memory / storage uplift.• Creating jobs for BigFix / HPSA tool for automation.• Performance & Capacity management.• Dynatrace & Teamquest tool handling performance issues and suggesting upgrades for virtual and physical servers.• Building of new VM’s using build scripts.• Service Now Tool for incident / problem / change management.• Upgrading of various packages on servers (ex: vmwaretools / sssd / sentinelone /opsware agent / oracle19C client, etc)• Handling of issues caused due to post patching activity.• Vendor ( Redhat / HP / Lenovo / IBM / Veritas ) Management for RCA / Bugfix.• Team management - 10 people.• Working experience in banking project within strict SLA environment 24/7 support.
