• Planning, coordinating and controlling of the manufacturing process. • The goods and services are to be produced efficiently in correct amount with the required level of quality, at its right cost in its stipulated timeline.• Conduct pre-production meeting.• Forecast and work out the man, machine and materials needed in association with the production team.• Deals and coordinate with all the senior managers, with the Sampling room, Planning department, Quality department, Maintenance department, Industrial engineering team, Production supervisors, Finishing and the Packing department, to carry out the production process smoothly. • Minimising the throughput time and the WIP by systematic planning and execution of the plan.• Motivating and building team spirit among the workmanship.

Looking over the production of 9 sewing lines, which has a production capacity of 600 pieces per shift. (8 hours) per line.Running the system (Prosuite) in the company (Prosuite systems break down as follows)-• Style, order & operation break down making for formal & casual trousers of different brands like- (Raymond, Arrow, Van-Heusen, Life style, Mega mart, West-side, Cotton-world, Benetton, Excalibur, Ellitus, Derik Eakin, Wal-Mart, John Louis, etc.)• Time, SMV & SAM establishment for all operations.• Work study (Time study, Method study, Motion study).• Operator capacity, efficiency & line (balancing) monitoring through the system.• Layout making according to different styles.• Piece rate (wages) handling for all the nine production lines.• Employee (Operator) recruitment.• Thread consumption calculation for all the products to be made.
