In my current role as a Clinical Research Associate at Amaris Clinical, I have gained substantial experience in regulatory submissions and compliance, which are critical components of clinical studies. My responsibilities include preparing Clinical Study Protocols based on regulatory requirements and submitting necessary documents to the Ethics Committee for approval. I ensure that all submissions adhere to the ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulations, including those from CDSCO and USFDA. During my tenure, I have actively participated in the preparation of Informed Consent Forms (ICF) and Case Report Forms (CRF), ensuring that they meet regulatory standards. I also conduct the informed consent process at various stages of clinical phases, which requires a thorough understanding of ethical considerations and compliance requirements.Additionally, I prepare Clinical Study Reports based on regulatory submissions, which involves compiling data and ensuring that all findings are accurately reported and compliant with regulatory expectations. My solid knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terminology aids in this process, allowing me to communicate effectively with regulatory bodies and ensure that our studies are conducted ethically and legally. I've also been involved in the preparation of clinical study updates for submission to the Ethics Committee, which requires meticulous attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of the study's progress and compliance status.
