GFEBS Project: IBM has been contracted by Army GFEBS to provide sustainment and enhancement services that includes a full range of services and solutions necessary to support, sustain, maintain and enhance GFEBS, Army-wide. IBM provides technical, functional, and managerial support across all sustainment activities (i.e., fixes, modifications, and enhancements) in order to ensure improvements in system performance and availability, business process efficiencies, audit readiness compliance and assurance, and interoperability.Responsibilities: • BI Enhancement resources, triaging and assigning work and responsibilities• Design, develop, test and coordinate solutions in Enhancement team and Sustainment team• Assist Sustainment team and Sustainment team with issues resolution• Successfully Implemented Agile processes, BI Cloud Migration, BI Upgrade from 7.4 to 7.5 and ECC multi-clients to three different BI instances for Army Training center

DLA Project: Consultant through Accenture.Responsibilities: • Production support Deliverables RFC, RFS, Service Tickets, Incident Tickets.... etc• Defining and managing an integrated BW milestone plan• Managing technical scope for BW Items and team members• Identifying appropriate BI technology stack solutions (application patterns) as part of the technical design• Approving the technical design for BW with assistance of Team Leads • Working collaboratively with the Portfolio Lead and Business Partners to conduct appropriate testing of functional specs• Identifying, escalating and resolving technical project issues and risks for BW• Provided high-level BW design and best practices consulting to the project team throughout the life cycle• Analyzing user requirements, global master data requirements, implementing global master data architecture and creating and configuring master data InfoObjects, including attributes, texts and hierarchies• Design and configure master data ODS Objects, Flexible update master data InfoProviders as well as developing transaction data design specifications• Configure Administrators Workbench by creating and configuring InfoObjects, InfoProviders, InfoSources, InfoPackages, creating update rules, transfer rules and transformation rules by utilizing ABAP skills and creating source system connections• Enhance Business content DataSources, Creating Custom DataSources, coding user exits for custom development & Business content DataSources, LO Cockpit activation, enhancement, populate set-up tables & Initial loads to BW production box, prepare and schedule data loads for the Technical Basis Team and conduct testing (unit, functional, integration, user acceptance, cut-over).
