Ltd, Karnal Site.§ Performing single handed all operations of SAP for Karnal Site i.e. Payment/IFMS Receipt, Generations of Invoices i.e. Water/Electricity/Sewer Connections, Sales Order for IFMS, Goods Received and Issued, extraction of all reports from SAP for MIS. § Performing single handed Pre-Paid Electricity Meter System i.e. Creation of New Customer Masters, Change, Creating New Tariff, MRI of Prepaid meter for monthly reading, monthly billing data preparation, Load Extension, Change of tariff, Change of Pre-paid Meters and resolving customer queries. § Providing Physical Possession to the customer.§ Provide information’s to the customer about all the procedures & Charges in CHD City, Karnal.§ Handling Imprest for petty expenses of the site.§ Handling Customer Complaints. § Electricity Consumption Reconciliations of 33 KVA Sub-Station.§ Liaising with Local Electricity Authorities. § Processing Monthly Vendor Bills and forwarding to H.O. for payment.
