With a Bachelor of Economics degree from Loyola college the University of Chennai and Executive MBA from IIKM institute with over 20 years of HR experience, I have the skills and knowledge to to design and implement HR strategies that align with the business objectives and culture of the organisations.I have successfully scaled a company from 70 to 1000 employees in just 2 years, completed over 3 HR transformation projects, and worked with leading real estate firms such as Gsquare Groups and Ocean lifespaces India pvt limited etc.My background spans across various industries, with companies like Wipro franchisee for 12 years IT/ ITES and other Retails industries. I possess a strong track record of success in leading and managing all aspects of the HR function.
