Senior US IT Recruiter●   Sourcing profiles thru networking, job portals, Employee Referrals ●   Short-listing the profiles after initial screening, this includes Soft skills evaluation and other fitment related issues as per job requirement.●   Perform HR discussions to negotiate and close offers.●   Give valued inputs regarding the compensation & provide necessary explanations and terms related to their offer letter.●   Maintaining the reports with regards to recruitment activities daily, weekly and monthly.●   Responsible for maintaining resume database for all major skills.●   Coordinating and following up with the offered candidates till they come on board.●   Head Hunting on specific skills.●   Responsible in managing the full cycle of IT and Non-IT recruitments and especially US sales (US consultants) and Business Development activities like (Building New Clients, Bench Marketing, Sales). ●   Responsible in sharing the closable requirements to my team members.●   Responsible in following up with the team members on the resumes for the requirements and me screening the consultants and sharing the best qualified resumes to the clients.●   Responsible in sharing the updates and asking the recruiter to coordinate with the consultants on arranging the scheduled interview and feedback of the interview.●   Responsible in working on IT Requirements by various recruitment strategies.●   Responsible in working on all non-IT technologies by using various job portals, Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Corp-Corp, Linked In.●   Responsible in meeting the deadlines for submission of the resumes and achieving the assigned monthly targets●   Responsible in arranging the interviews and sending the interview request to the consultants and employers●   Responsible in providing the status reports on weekly and monthly basis to my Manager and CEOJob Portals: Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn in etc.
