Rectification of daily rejection transaxle using 7QC Tools. Analyze, reduce rejection at Test rig and various stages in assembly line by rectification as per procedure. React for non-conforming product procedure for in process, customer & Dealer return parts. Daily process audit & poke yoke and torque audits and adhere the containment for any customer complaint. Visit dealer to identify and fix the root cause for the issues reported in field if any. Conduct AB / Swap analysis to identify the Red X part contributing for rejection at assembly stage. Daily rejection review problem analysis CAPA, Pre – Dispatch inspection for Export components. To know the problem solving techniques through G8D, 7QC tools &etc. Receiving inspection of incoming material, Timely clearance of GRN and New samples through Oracle. Handling of complaints (Supplier & in plant), taking corrective action and Preventive action. PPM level monitoring of Suppliers & In-plant, Generate supplier rating by Monthly. Control plan and PPAP documentation for new development parts
