Responsibilities : • Ensure that safety measures on site are adequate. • Supervise PMC site Inspection team and make sure that each member of the team aware of Project Quality and Safety Requirements.• Make sure that all site inspections are carried out as per the intervention points marked in the approved inspection and testing plan.• Regular Visits to Contractor’s Stores to make sure that all storage, handling and preservation activities are carried as per manufacturer recommendations.• Review and comment on Contractors proposed site organization; Key Personnel CV’s and advises Project Manager.• Monitor & control daily manpower, and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.• Constantly aware of all continuing operations on the site by means of regular site visits, inspections etc. • Review and monitor in timely manner, each Contractor’s proposed construction equipments and manpower histogram and advice Project Manager for any shortage.• Overview and comment on proposed Sub-Contractors, Vendors, Materials, Shop drawings and any other transmittal by contractor for each construction package.• Attend Progress Meeting with the Client, Contractor(s), Project Manager (Employer Representative) to monitor the progress of work against the approved programme.• Identifying non-conformance & safety issues and notify to contractor.• Participate PMC in reviewing and implementing pre-commissioning and final commissioning plans • Participate with PMC staff in final inspection work and preparation of Punch List, Inspect clearing the outstanding/ snag list items and confirm clearing such items.• Review and assessing the Close out Report submitted by Contractor.• Present feed back to Client internal auditing and any other Third Party Auditing hired by - Client • Overview the As Built Drawings, Vendors and equipment warranties, O&M Manuals, Spare parts and training programmes as submitted by contractor.

Responsibilities:  Review and study of Project design drawings, Specifications, BOQ’s, Contracts, etc,. Ensure that safety measures on site are adequate. Preparation of Project Construction methodology, Method statement, Project Quality plan, Safety Plan, Schedules and compliance with project objectives.  Submit requests for information (RFI) to Consultant. Oversee the performance and progress of all activities on site to ensure that all works are completed on schedule, according to the budget and set quality standards. Make sure that all site inspections are carried out as per the intervention points marked in the approved ITP’s. Monitor & control daily manpower, and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports. Attend Site Technical Coordination Meetings to discuss Contractor(s) submissions, Shop Drawings and construction related matters. Preparation of structural shop drawings and bar bending schedules. Review and monitor in timely manner, proposed construction equipments and manpower histogram and advice Project Manager for any shortage. Overview and comment on proposed Sub-Contractors, Vendors, Materials, Shop drawings and any other transmittal by Sub-contractor for each construction package. Attend Progress Meeting with the Client, Contractor(s), Project Manager (Employer Representative) to monitor the progress of work against the approved programme. Submit Close-out request to consultant Engineer for non-conformance Issues.  Assist Contract Manager for preparation of monthly progress invoices for Construction Package. Preparation of handover snag list and implementing corrective actions  Review changes on site and Preparation & Submissions for final billing Present feed back to Client internal auditing and any other Third Party Auditing hired by Client. Preparation of the As Built Drawings, Vendors and equipment warranties, O&M Manuals, Spare parts lists and training programmes and submit to Consultant./ Client.
