Managing Irish based customers database, Job functionalities include:- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email to solicit orders for goods or services, collect information or conduct follow-up.- Provide customers with product and service information, explaining the sales process as well as manage and resolve customer complaints.- Using application and call centre system to update existing and new customer information’s (as required from time to time).
