Also I have achieved the high level of maintaining the quality and got an pearl award for 100 % achieving the quality in Annual.In my second organisation as an Analyst to creating an invoices along with the details of usage and detailed charges against the devices also make the changes in billing files and the system against the (NC) Contract changes. Handling more then 30 customer account in very few months of joining with maintaining the 95% quality of billing the invoices. Also handling the complicated accounts with high level accuracy and customer satisfaction achieving the 100% accuracy and maintaining the high level of quality.
