Visual Inspection Using OCRThe image captured by HIKVISION HIK SC 3000 camera issent to the software application through Delta PLC when thetrigger button is used. Based on the output from the application i.e if the numbersmatch, result is Good and upon mismatch the result is “NG”(Not Good) and the buzzer starts beeping until the supervisor uses the reset key. Upon reset the image is stored on the database and the system waits for the next trigger.
