Asset management is my passion and expertise, and I have been working as an Asset Management Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for almost two years. TCS is a leading IT service provider that offers innovative and effective solutions to its clients across various industries and domains. As part of the asset management team, I am responsible for managing and coordinating the asset lifecycle of various IT assets, ensuring their availability, security, and compliance.In my role, I have successfully handled multiple projects and tasks, such as asset tracking, asset inventory, asset auditing, asset disposal, and asset reporting. I have also contributed to the optimization and improvement of asset management processes and systems, using my analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. I have delivered high-quality and efficient asset management solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients and stakeholders. I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices that can enhance my performance and knowledge. I am looking for new opportunities and challenges that can allow me to apply and expand my skills and competencies in asset management.✓ Responsible for the End to End life cycle of an asset (From Ordering till Disposal).✓ Worked on the MLDB tool for the disposal of the assets from processing the request to till the assets has been picked from the Data Center.✓ Capitalization of assets into the Finance books to calculate the depreciation of an asset.✔ Maintain the Inventory for clients which helps the clients to maintain the accuracy and track their assets easily.✓ Creation of campus id in LMDB (Location Management Database) for the new location which helps the clients to locate the assets easily based on the campus id.✓ Responsible for conducting the Physical Inventory Verification (PIV) and Physical Inventory Tracking (PIT) for the clients which helps the clients to do the Physical checks of their inventory.✓ Responsible for HW maintenance renewals.Worked on HW Resuable/ Optimization. ✓✓ Responsible for maintaining Inventory of clients and share it with them when they require.✓ Worked on the asset transfers.
