Application Support (Commercial & Technical Sales) for selection and configuration of suitable Diesel gensets and associated auxiliaries for electric power generation application / Power Plant Designing of GA, equipment layout, detailed power and control diagram, ventilation, cooling, fuel transfer system, sound attenuation as per project specification/local regulations/standards.Scrutinizing all the inputs received from customer such as Specifications, Single Line Diagrams, Schedules, etc. and preparing preliminary technical submittals, compliance statement in order to get pre-qualification and technical submittal approval with end users, consultants and ministries.Responsible for Technical and Commercial offer submission for Tenders / major projects.Providing technical clarifications to customer / consultant and ensuring the exact requirement with customer if any deviation found in customer’s input. Provide optimized power solutions based on client needs.Designing of general arrangement, equipment layout, detailed power & control diagram, ventilation system, cooling system, fuel transfer system, sound attenuation as per project specification/local regulations/standards and provide them for drawings preparation.Preparing Project Execution Plan which indicates Technical submission, BOQ, Procurement, Factory Inspection & Testing and delivery plan.Managing project sales, performing competitive analysis, deciding profit percentages.Attending technical meetings with customer/consultant to clarify and clear the technical issues by providing proper justification documents such as DG set sizing, calculation, technical documents, etc. in order to get approval for manufacturing / ordering. Coordinating with CAT factory, QA & QC for any clarification while pre manufacturing / manufacturing and clear the issues. Attending customer’s Inspection and assisting QA & QC if any clarification required during inspection. Preparation of O & M Manuals.

Contract # SAC -158, Retrofitting, revamping and maintenance of existing & new electro-mechanical equipments at SAC Mina Saud facility including 11 nos. 11KV substations, DG sets, MV motors and switchgears etc.Preparation of Monthly MIS on Expenditure, PPM Schedule for the installed equipments.Preparation & Submission of Quotations, invoices for modification works, required spare parts to client. Preparation and submission of monthly technical reports with necessary suggestions, Task Hazard Analysis for specific jobs and breakdown reports to client.Co-ordination with other divisions for Failure root cause analysis, Corrective actions and spare parts.Monitoring sub-contractors work and major overhauls of motors and transformers. Performing all types of Protective Relay testing by using computerized secondary injection kit.Carryout Transformer onsite repair, online transformer filtration and testing of Transformer oil breakdown voltage. Maintenance and Testing of HV / LV Motors, 11/3.3KV, 11KV/433 Volts Transformers and Compressors, Battery Chargers and capacity test of battery banks.Experience in HV/LV motor, transformer and Compressor rewinding and overhauling.Experience in VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) Plant, system using to improve the motor winding insulation resistance and its life.Through study and checking of schemes and logics for troubleshooting and repair of MCC, DG sets, Transformers and control gears.Additional Responsibilities: Testing of HV/LV Motors using of Art of state technology such as EMPATH, AREVA, USA - online condition monitoring tester. Analyze the test results to evaluate the fault zone conditions and prepare detailed technical reports on the tested equipments and present to the clients.Involved Installation & Testing of VPI Plant, Modification of 75 KW Varnish baking oven
