Connecting with Process heads/Stakeholders frequently to analyze process specific training requirement.Setting up reviews with processes to track the learning coverage and identify challenges faced (if any) for individual accounts.Conducting T3 (Train the Trainer) for newly hired/promoted trainer. Rolling out monthly training calendar and ensuring successful closure.Developing content for process/training improvementConducting Behavioral Training (Emotional Intelligence, Time management, Team Building, Conflict Management, Facilitation workshops, Team Leader Development Program, Lean, and Six Sigma Etc.) for processes across Noida locations (A6, A7, H33,A20 and A8).Preparing consolidated training reports weekly (WBR) and monthly (MBR).Ensuring that behavior demonstrated by associate are meeting standard requirements set as per client.Driving closure of E-learnings on the floor, rolled out by corporate learning team.Facilitating workshop/ one day training for leadership, basis business requirement.Conducting employee engagement activities (RnR, Festive Celebrations, and Friday Fun etc.) on behalf of Corporate Training Team.

Training New hires batches during ramp up session and working toward making the transition smooth from Training to Production for new hires.To ensure successful closure of any training launched by client (Amazon) or E-learning rolled out by company.Working in collaboration with Quality to ensure TNI is implemented in the action plan rolled out for process’s performance improvement.Participating in Client Calibration activities and ensuring that whole process is synced in terms of Client policies and Process updates.Conducting Monthly knowledge test and Supervisor knowledge test for entire production floor.Conducting refresher for BQ and MQ employees to help them overcome the learning curve and improve performance.Conducting facilitation workshop for newly promoted trainers.Travelling to different business locations or other sites for conducting training.Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.Evaluate employee/team performance and identify training needs.To ensure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines.Handling escalation from employees, client, and other stakeholders.Work in co-ordination with other domains like WFM, HR, Training, Quality, and Admin for business excellence.Achievements Successfully completed Certified Specialty Mentor Program from Amazon Development Centre Hyderabad.
