When Guest or visitor creating Problem. ❖ Maintaining Law and Order❖ To communicate radio links with our colleagues provide them Back up.❖ Keep the record on guest safe locker log book.❖ Maintain guest lost & found items and hand over to guest after identifying the items and keep record on lost & found log book❖ Monitoring and checking all package, bag when staff in or out on their duty. ❖ Dealing with contractor, visitors, suppliers issue the pass and Give to information about ISO ❖ 14001 Awareness & fill-up Awareness form and taking place On site. ❖ Patrolling all premises check all outlet fire exit door, fire hose reel cabinet, basement guest parking and Engineering defect and maintain daily occurrence reports. ❖ Checked all office door every night and make sure all door closed and safe and key control.
