Flow test, color L,A,B measurement. Thixotropy ,Fluidity, Density, Glaze flow  Plaster of Paris (specific gravity, residue, Initial & final setting time, expansion value. MOR) Test. Chemical Analysis of ceramic raw materials through wet process and instruments.  Operation and calibration of various laboratory equipment like XRF, ICP,Spectrophotometer, flame photometer, Viscometer , Dilatometer, Particle Size analyzer etc).. ETP & STP Water Process Controls as per Government norms.. SAP related work like( updating of quality result of RM. Prepared control charts for raw materials, process and final products.Meeting with Mangement to show process the R&D activity.
