Employed by the Australian Tax Office as a Tax Auditor for 20 years and as a Dispute Officer for another 5 years. My experiences included Forensic Accounting, Tax Audits, International Tax Audits, Disputes and Reviews. I left the ATO in 2009 to develop my own business. I am the managing Director of Singhtec Corporation Pty Ltd and Royal Sleep Pty Ltd. For about 5 years I was the franchisee of another corporation in the mattress industry and developed the experience and the expertise to develop and manufacture our own brand of mattresses under Royal Sleep. Our manufacturing partners have over 30 years experience in the industry. For about 5 years I have focussed on the retail side of things and customer needs. Those experiences have allowed me to develop a better brand, quality, pricing strategy and service. My new experiences extends to New Business Development and management, Sales, Marketing, Networking. As a franchisee I developed comprehensive knowledge, understanding and analytical expertise in the pros and cons of Franchising.I now focus on developing Royal Sleep brand, quality and service so that we become the leaders in our industry providing better sleep to all our customers. Our main concern is improving the quality of our customers health for those who suffer from chronic back pain or spinal injuries. We have the health care range mattress to achieve better outcomes.
