Current Responsible for managing Hardware and windows related issue. Manage Server through ILO console for the HP DL servers. Working on Incident Management, Change Management through HPSM and Remedy ticketing Tool following ITIL Process. AD Object Adding/deleting/modifying user account/groups information, resetting passwords, etc. Troubleshooting based on event logs, HP management agent. File Server quota management , Access privileges, Managing File Server, Taking care of day by day issues related to operating systems, applications etc Re-installation/formatting of Servers as per requirements Build new physical server as per the customer requirement. DNS and DHCP engineer: Install and manage DNS and DHCP. Creation and managing of and Generic IDs. Configuration and troubleshooting of Hardware RAID on HP servers. Implementing configuring and troubleshooting of File and Print Server Monitoring server’s health on daily basis with tool. Upgrading Firmware and drivers of all HP model servers. Patch management for the Servers using IEM. Dump analysis and there resolution. Antivirus update and its troubleshooting Handling No Boot issue of server. Analyzing all types of OS related logs and providing their RCA. Creating weekly RCA of the server proactively.
