• Financial Management: Ensure accurate and timely financial accounting, including monthly reporting to the Board of Directors. Prepare and manage annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and project cost analyses, as well as monthly and weekly MIS reports for Pinkerton INC.• Audit and Compliance: Coordinate with auditors, lawyers, and banks to improve management reporting systems and internal control procedures, while reducing costs. Conduct closing of accounts as per Indian GAAP for year-end and prepare for auditors for both calendar and fiscal years. Set up and implement strong internal audit and control procedures.• Tax and Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with income tax, service tax, VAT/CST, ESIC, TDS related issues of employees, assessments income tax, and other statutory requirements.• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, lawyers, banks, and government officials. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to all stakeholders.• Team Management: Lead and mentor finance teams, setting clear goals and expectations, and ensuring that all team members have the resources and support they need to perform their jobs effectively.
