Led the test automation for scale testing Kubernetes with NSX as the custom network plugin. Built a framework to deploy a Kubernetes cluster, create K8S namespaces, replication controllers and pods. Developed a full-fledged test suite from scratch to test native NSX use cases on K8S.Developed a framework to incrementally scale up to 100,000 firewall rules and policies applied to security groups composed of VMs with diverse membership criteria spread across 200 hypervisors and 5000 VMs. Validated the scalability of typical L4 and L7 (context-aware) firewall rules using standard linux tools for traffic generation.Automated scalability tests for NSX identity-based firewall for Remote Desktop Session Host (RDSH) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) users.
