1) Individually responsible for carryout testing and calibration of sensors like:-Testing successfully completed:-ATRH Sensor-Rain Gauge-Wind Sensor-AQM2) Responsible for development of Automatic Weather Stations and Air Quality Monitor (AQM)-Selection and procurement of suitable sensors and required materials based on WMO and IMD standards-Incorporation of all the sensors into the data-logger-Testing and Calibration of all the sensors-Certification of all the sensors stated above-Ensured timely production of 600+ data-loggers (fabrication and molding)-Ensured correct field deployment-Carried out the trouble-shooting activity for all the snags reported. Rectification of all such snags resulting in 100% activeness of the sensors-Commissioned 600+ weather stations. -Responsible for in-house production of Rain Gauge to reduce the cost of purchase.3) I was individually responsible for ideate and end-to-end management (from designing to certification) for in-house manufacturing of rain-gauges as per WMO/IMD standards. This prevented the outsourcing that was earlier done and hence gave substantial monetary savings to our company.
