Current▪ Update respective ports about delay/ advance arrival of any shipment.▪ Send load confirmation to destination port immediate of vessel departure.▪ Prepare transhipments discharge summary report for connection nomination.▪ Update nomination on system and generate final transhipments discharge list.▪ Monitor transhipment containers for damages.▪ Arrange for replacement in case of any damage happened to the containers being used.▪ Inform claims department about damaged containers received.▪ Follow up with claims department regarding status of the damaged container to ensure timely loading requirements.▪ Keep track of containers and update container tracking system with all movement data.▪ Reminders to agents/customers for outstanding containers.▪ Receive containers tracking data from the terminal / depots and upload in-house system for reconciling.▪ Avoid any storage/ detention charges. Dangerous Cargo Auditor shall use appropriate tools provided to detectpotential undeclared Dangerous Cargo by screening PIL Cargo BookingSystem. DCA shall familiar themselves with IMDG Code and relevantconvention especially SOLAS, MARPOL and Basel Convention relatedto transboundary movement of hazardous cargo. If any cases detected which can potentially DG and putting PIL underRisk, immediately give instruction to agent to hold the shipment andcontact Sin OPPC for next follow up. DCA shall ensure Booking Agent complying with instruction givenrelated to keying approval code, condition of approval, uploading DG orNON-DG approval email to LMS Booking Module and keeping log ofAgent respond performance. To maintain detailed log on following matter: -1. Any CASE ID which has change status form NON-DG to DG.2. Maintaining both LMS and VP Keyword as per instruction from SINHQ.3. Maintaining Log for DG Cargo Incident on PIL Network Vessel.4. Maintaining Log for Agency Training Requirements
