During my career spanning three decades, I’ve had the opportunity to transform business models across many industry verticals. By leveraging different operating models such as captive and shared services, I’ve been able to deliver a rich experience to customers across nations in the Middle East, North Africa and the Indian sub-continent. As the COO of Tasheel Holding Group since 2010 based out of Dubai, I lead the travel vertical. Over a decade of my association with the group, helped grow the business exponentially and subsequently led the strategic sale and merger of two companies (Al Etimad, Vega) with VFS Global. Served as an adviser to the Executive Board of VFS Global for a year, post merger.As the MD of Spinebiz Services, I drove business optimization, by providing outsourcing services in technology & infrastructure, finance, accounting and HR to customers in 142 global locations. Spinebiz was a struggling captive unit that I personally bought out in 2016 and transformed into a successful Shared Services organization. SpineBiz was fully acquired by a Saudi based business group in 2021. Currently, as co-founder of Mikro Grafeio, we are working towards creating a unique offering that provides integrated workspace solutions to early startups and SME's primarily in Tier 2/3 towns of India. We also help set up GCC's for MNCs in India. My passion is to create businesses that support equitable social development / de-urbanization and I lately spend most of my time in India.Consider any opportunity to give back to the society as a privilege.
