To review the changes for their potential Impact, proper planning and co-ordination, proper scheduling, dependencies and provide approval and rejection accordingly. To chair the TAB meeting twice in a week for review of internal changes. To ensure changes are raised, documented, implemented and closed as per the guidelines of the client. To train and provide periodic process updates to technical teams & new joiners. To ensure no Unauthorized changes are implemented in the environment. To ensure technical teams joins CAB call for representation of their changes. To suggest service Improvement plans to the client on periodic calls and ensure they are embedded into the operating Manual after the client review and sign off. To provide change Management reports on time. To ensure High Risk High Impact changes reviewed by Technical SME’s prior implementation. To do the Post Implementation Review of Failed changes and ensure Corrective and Preventive actions are well documented. Working experience of Service Now and Helix ITSM Tool.
