Understanding the requirements of the Clients in terms of skill sets, budget and availability.• Sourcing profiles according to client specification through Job Portals, existing Databases, References and social network, for contract staffing needs.• Building good professional Relationships with candidates.• Scheduling interviews (telephonic /personal).• Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview.• Negotiating Salary Packages with the Candidates relevant to the industry standards and to the Client Specification for contract resources.• Ensuring that the candidates join on time by keeping constant follow-up with them.• Regular interaction with the candidates after joining.• Recruiting highly specialized functional and Technical and Low to senior level professionals.• Exposed to major IT skills, as I have been handling recruitment in diverse technologies.• Maintain records for all submissions, feedbacks and status.• Maintaining database according to the skill set.

* End to End recruitment experience from requisition initiation to sourcing, scheduling & co-coordinating interviews, offer fitment, making an offer, to acceptance of offer and final placement.* Coordinating with HR to get the requirements and delivering accordingly.* Planning requirement fulfillment strategy.* Sourcing resume via multiple channels Job boards, social media, head hunting, employee referral etc.., and qualifying resumes before sharing with the project/client team.* Coordinating interviews, maintain high level of quality during the entire Talent Acquisition Process.* Taking approval from the Top management for various exceptions through justification and recommendation* Source, screen and schedule interviews for the various Cliental requirements.* Do end to end process of recruitment till completing joining formalities.
