 Working with political leaders, Law Commissions of Nepal, Parliament and the Government of Nepal on the amendment of laws and the implementation of the Constitution of Nepal Jointly organized by National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) and the Federal and Provincial Governments in all seven Provinces in Nepal along with in Kathmandu with Federal Government with the support from UNDP.  Working with Nepal Law Society, Nepal Bar Association, Parliament and JuRI Nepal on the amendment of the legislation on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ESCR). Working with political leaders including conducting capacity building training to the political leaders in all three tiers with the support from NDI, Nepal Law Society and UNDP on the Implementation of Bill of Rights by all three tiers of the government; law drafting skill and reviewing draft Bills and enhancing the capacity of political leaders in all three tiers of the Government etc.  Also working with local government along with political party leaders providing expert advice, conducting training and contributing on the implementation of the constitution of Nepal. Working with Provincial and Local government on various issues related to the human rights, transitional justice, rights based constitutional commissions, law drafting support to the parliament on the implementation of various rights (Bill of Rights) ensured by the Constitution, judicial committee of the local government and judiciary etc through NDI, Governance Facility, DANIDA, UNICEF, GIZ, Nepal Law Society, JuRI Nepal, HRPLSC etc.  Working with the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Foreign Affairs on diplomatic immunity and privileges through UNDP.  Working as a member of Editorial Board for the series of publications on "Essays on Constitutional Law"  Writing articles of various constitutional issues on federalism, rule of law and Constitution Implementation etc.
