 Working with political leaders, Law Commissions of Nepal, Parliament and the Government of Nepal on the amendment of laws and the implementation of the Constitution of Nepal Jointly organized by National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) and the Federal and Provincial Governments in all seven Provinces in Nepal along with in Kathmandu with Federal Government with the support from UNDP.  Working with Nepal Law Society, Nepal Bar Association, Parliament and JuRI Nepal on the amendment of the legislation on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ESCR). Working with political leaders including conducting capacity building training to the political leaders in all three tiers with the support from NDI, Nepal Law Society and UNDP on the Implementation of Bill of Rights by all three tiers of the government; law drafting skill and reviewing draft Bills and enhancing the capacity of political leaders in all three tiers of the Government etc.  Also working with local government along with political party leaders providing expert advice, conducting training and contributing on the implementation of the constitution of Nepal. Working with Provincial and Local government on various issues related to the human rights, transitional justice, rights based constitutional commissions, law drafting support to the parliament on the implementation of various rights (Bill of Rights) ensured by the Constitution, judicial committee of the local government and judiciary etc through NDI, Governance Facility, DANIDA, UNICEF, GIZ, Nepal Law Society, JuRI Nepal, HRPLSC etc.  Working with the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Foreign Affairs on diplomatic immunity and privileges through UNDP.  Working as a member of Editorial Board for the series of publications on "Essays on Constitutional Law"  Writing articles of various constitutional issues on federalism, rule of law and Constitution Implementation etc.

Responsible for peace, rights and governance programme. looking after various projects including Governance Facility, Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Minister through Danish Institute for Human Rights, Security sector reform project through Kathmandu School of Law, National Human Rights Commission´s Strategic Plan Support project through UNDP, Human Rights Core Groups, Human Rights Defenders. In addition to that, providing expert advise to the Embassy on political and legal issues as a focal person.

UNDP/SPCBN is providing expert advice through consultation, interactions, workshops and seminar. It has sole responsibility to coordinate with all the donor agencies supporting to the participatory Constitution Building in Nepal. It provides an open dialogue space, huge library service, computer lab to support CA members while developing the new constituion through Constituent Assembly Process. It has Civil Society outreach program which links to the people with CA through 18 Civil Society Organizations.

We helped the IDPs, Returnees and other Conflict Affected People in Nepal during highly conflict sensitive period.

International Rescue Committee (IRC) NepalResponsible for 25 staffs and the project as a whole. Project budget $ 1200000:00Implemented a project on "Integrated Support to the conflict affected people in Nepal" rehabilitating Internally displaced people through voluntarily repatriation; providing food and non food items including shelter to the victims of conflict, conducting human rights training to the stakeholders and livelihood training to the rehabilitated victims for the sustainability;Managed local grant, mobilize local NGOs and trend them to operate the project;Established local community working groups and build a strong network with the GOs and I/NGOsSee www.irc.org for the further detail

Responsible for managing a most crucial regional office - Nepalgunj (highly conflict area) and handled 25 staffs (including 13 protection officers) Under the Direct Supervision of the General Secretary of National Human Rights Commission and Commissioners, conducted human rights monitoring, investigation and recommended to the GON to provide justice to the victims and punish to the perpetrators;Trend Police, Army, People's Liberation Army (Insurgent/Combatant), and civil society activists on human rights/IHL and Rule of law;Developed different coordination mechanisms among I/NGOs, UN Agencies and Government agencies to project conflict victims;See www.nhrc.org.np for the further detail;

Under the Direct Supervision of the Regional Director, Secretary of National Human Rights Commission and Chair and Commissioners of NHRC responsible for protection Unit - 13 Protection Officers,Monitored and investigated 1300 serious human rights violation and abuses cases (Extra judicial killings, disappearance, abductions, torture, rape, illegal detention etc.) and recommended to the Government for the justice;Recommended to the GON to launch and amend security related laws according to the international human rights standard and IHL;Trend Police, Army, People's Liberation Army (Insurgent/combatant), and civil society activists on human rights/IHL and Rule of law;See www.nhrc.org.np for the further detail;
