- Follow all import and export shipments with the operations team. - Communicate with freight forwarders and agents around the world through WCA.- Handling all the sales inquiries and provide them with the quotes.- Maintain effective communication between the suppliers and customers regarding deposit, delivery, collection and bookings also, resolving issues promptly.- Customs clearance and execute all customs requirement (ex. Inspection, export / import declaration & documentations).- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, handling, storing, picking, distributing operations and packing activities within the warehouse to ensure that the quality standards are met.- Maintain in and out warehouse shipments records & archive all warehouse documents. - Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and following up on work results.- Produce regular inventory reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.- Communicate with DAFZA, JAFZA, Dubai Trading, DP World, Emirates SkyCargo, UPS, Cathay Pacific & Shipping lines (ex. CMA CGM, Hapag Lloyd, MCS..)

-Prepare monthly procurement plan with project & supply chain managers in order to achieve grand strategy-Coordinate with project manager, donor, owner & consulting Eng. to discuss the B.o.Q, budget, challenges & other requirements-Demand forecasting & check stock levels, stock age then apply it to the supply plan-Receive & support all purchase requests (PR) from all departments-Determine the right procurement procedure according to general guidelines & standard of procedures-Implement direct purchase immediately-Prepare to launching national tenders-Send the (RFQ, RFT, RFP & RFI) to suppliers & Contractors-Manage the tender committee meetings & evaluate the offers based on required specifications, quality, delivery terms, available budget-Negotiate & discuss with supplier or contractor about best price, contract terms & solve any problem that may arise-Cost control by contacting the price revision & price analysis to reach the available budget-Establish Purchase File (PF) included: Bidders Offers, Committee Evaluation, Comparative Bids Analysis (CBA), Purchase Order (PO), Contract Terms & all needed documents in order to approve the file-Ensure that all implementation processes are going according to the project's time plan-Visit the work site to monitor & ensure that all materials are received & match the QTYs & specification & check the installation process-Lead, training & follow up the Logistics & Procurement Assistants team-Work on develop suppliers list & research for new suppliers-Update PR Tracking Report as daily task & prepare other reports: Contract Follow up etc.-Ensure that goods are received in warehouse & stored well-Auditing & checking the warehouse and matching it with monthly reports-Coordinating with finance Dept regarding the expected monthly payments-Accurate recording for all purchases & match it with payable report for finance-Check & confirm invoices before paying-Ensure that all procurement document has been archived
