Diriyah Gate Development ProjectJob Responsibilities:Overseeing all the planning and project controls activities through all project phases from concept master plan / Detailed Design & construction.As part of Ellisdon PMC role at the project, my role involves:• Developing all planning & project controls plans and requirements.• Development of project master program • Implement / Prepare reporting requirements- Weekly-Biweekly-Monthly• Prepare schedule performance measurements report and forecasts• Monitoring & controlling of Design progress including progress KPI’s• Review & comment on consultants’ baselines / revised schedules & updated schedules• Liaise with client project controls team in all schedule & progress issues• Prepare mitigation plans involving project stakeholders to maintain the project completion date.

PROJECT: Fairmont Hotel & Serviced Apartments, Abu Dhabi, UAEDescription: Fairmont Hotel & Serviced Apartments (175,127 m2 Built Up Area), The 1 billion Dirham project consists of 2 high rise towers along with 7 ancillary buildings that including food and beverage outlets and soccer pitches.The Project Consist of Twin Tower Each 45 Floor Post Tension Slab. Podium, Ancillary Building (Staff Accommodation, Italian Restaurant, Water Sport Building, Grand Stand, etc.) Cast-in-Situ & Precast Works.Job Responsibilities• Preparation of revised work schedule loaded with all required resources.• Prepare detailed target schedules for the critical areas (micro Planning).• Review the sub-contractors schedule and reports and follow up them.• Reviewing all monthly and weekly reports• Attend all weekly/Monthly progress meetings for the project with the Client and the consultant or subcontractors meetings to inform the status of construction activities in various packages and to highlight any critical item.

PROJECT: King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD)The project consists of Design and construction of 30 parcels including All civil, architectural ,Electromechanical, Infrastructure and Landscaping work, the parcels have a varying height ranging from 32m(8 Floors) to3 30 m (66 Floors) owned by Riyadh Investment Company Project Value Equals 14,000,000,000 Saudi Riyal.Job Responsibilities:• Preparation of detailed work schedule loaded with all required resources.• Prepare special reports of concrete work for all parcels and required manpower.• Provide best efforts schedule of the project.• Attend the weekly progress meetings for the project with the Client and the consultant to inform the status of construction activities in various packages and to highlight any critical item.• Prepare monthly / weekly reports of work progress, Manpower & Material.• Prepare weekly and monthly Look Ahead Schedules.• Update detailed time schedule every week.• Coordinate with McKinsey Company to apply Micro-planning system in order to improve work progress and man power productivity by using new management tools.
