- Ensuring new payment business services follows latest security standards and compliance with the CBE framework and different security standard PCI-DSS, PCI-TSP, ISO 27001.- Reviewing current architecture of EBC business services and adding required security layers.- Provide security assessment for new projects according to project requirements.- Quality assurance activity to ensure proper design and configuration for security controls including but not limiting (Firewalls , WAF, NAC, NDR, EDR, PAM, APs, Sandbox, FIM, Patch Management ....)- Managing and maintaining vulnerability management.- Leading hardening project (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Access Points, Databases, Web Servers, Windows and Linux OS, Containers, HSMs, ....)- Managing the yearly and quarterly PCI BAU activities in terms of Card Data Discovery scan, Credential VA, ASV scans, Firewall Rule review, Segmentation PT, Applications PT, Network PT.- Communicate with different IT teams to prepare and maintain the IT assets inventory.- Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to team members.

Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.- Network design and implementation: Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of the organization's network infrastructure, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs).- Policy development and enforcement: Establish and enforce network and security policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance with organizational requirements.- Monitoring and incident management: Implement network monitoring and intrusion detection systems to identify and respond to potential security threats. Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, and remediation.- Disaster recovery and business continuity planning: Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the availability and integrity of critical systems and data in the event of a network outage.- Stay current with industry trends: Regularly research and stay updated on the latest network and security technologies, trends, and best practices to continually improve the organization's network infrastructure and security posture.

- Responsible for implementation/Support/Monitor of the ATM machines communications.- Implement, Support and troubleshooting Onsite/Offsite ATM Routers Issues. - Analyses and troubleshoot the routers logs, tracks and resolution of problems.- Troubleshooting connectivity & reachability between (Point of sales, ATM-Machines, FTP & etc…)- Coordinating with ISP’s to enhance communication between HQ & ATM machines in remote sites.- Participating in 24x7 on-call rotations.

- Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues.- Handling incoming incidents via the phone / e-mail promptly and effectively.- Answering & responding to all calls & requests within agreed time scales.- Provide troubleshooting and configuration support for client desktop and networking environment.
