- Involved in ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC's 100 MW investment in Benban Solar Park through two solar energy plants (ECSED & AS21) - Ongoing supervision and technical management of infrastructure assets and maximizing the value of the asset while optimizing all elements of the asset commensurate with the appropriate risk profile- Organizing and implementing a technical management plan that meets the objectives of the project planned performance while monitoring & analyzing the key performance indicators of the asset- Following up on the asset operation and the contractor's maintenance activities on site while ensuring the contractor fulfilment of the O&M scheduled maintenance and preventive maintenance- Modifying the O&M plan from on regular basis to ensure the asset best performance while ensuring the availability of the necessary spare parts needed for the seamless operation of the asset- Understand and follow up the O&M contract and ensure the O&M contractor fulfilment of its contractual obligations- Report technical updates to investors and participate in the internal review process to report on the current status as well as forecast performance of asset- Providing support to the project team, if needed to resolve the project's regulatory, contractual or commercial issues- Participating in project, contractor(s) and off taker meetings, conferences and discussions to assure active involvement in the asset's affairs- Supporting the investment team in activities related to valuation and acquisition of assets and support the client's solutions team in activities related to fund raising and communication

Responsibilties: - Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, andexpenditures.- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.- Ensuring project deadlines are met.- Determining project changes.- Providing administrative support as needed.- Undertaking project tasks as required.- Developing project strategies.- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately foreach project.- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project teammembers.- Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.- Accept extra duties as rises whenever necessary

اسبوع العلوم المصري هو مبادرة قومية للأحتفال بالعلوم والتكنولوجيا وذلك في شهر مارس من كل عام، ويهدف هذا الاحتفال لزيادة الاهتمام والشغف لدى كل فئات وطبقات المجتمع بالعلوم والتكنولوجيا، وكذلك تكريم وتقدير العلوم والتكنولوجيا والابتكار، وإبراز دورهم الهام في تطوير البيئة والإقتصاد والمجتمع.يتضمن هذا الأحتفال العديد والعديد من الأنشطة والفعاليات ومنها العروض العلمية المشوقة، الندوات والمحاضرات العلمية الملهمة، المسابقات والعروض المسرحية والسينمائية وغيرها الكثير حيث سيتضمن الأسبوع أكثر من 150 نشاط مختلف سينظم على مدار الأسبوع في مختلف محافظات ومدن الجمهورية خلال الفترة من 11 إلى 18مارس.
