This job focuses mainly on supporting the chief executive officer of TYF to provide administrative support, monitor, and ensure the implementation of the accountability framework in all humanitarian and developmental responses. It also facilitates learning, supports capacity development, and maintains the emergency preparedness and strategic development plan of the country.

The senior program manager is responsible for monitoring the delivery of the OFDA\BHA-funded SCI health and nutrition program. We ensured that programs are delivered based on best practices, available evidence, and context specificities. Moreover, we provided technical and managerial leadership to the health and nutrition teams in four field offices, ensuring all activities are of high quality and respond to assessed needs. The program manager was responsible to build the capacity of health and nutrition teams based in each location and ensuring that technical capacity-strengthening support to MoPHP effectively addresses their priority needs. We were responsible for ensuring effective collaboration with partners based on principles of equality, transparency, responsibility, and complementarity at each field office. We ensured excellence in project cycle management, business development efforts, strategic planning, reporting, and representation.

The main job of the coordinator is to design, implement, manage, and coordinate the COVID-19 response in SCI-targeted program offices/sites by supporting the technical teams to design and deliver the COVID-19 response. This includes representation, coordination, program management, advocacy, and program support at senior levels.

The project manager contributed to improving overall Health & Nutrition through the provision of quality Comprehensive primary health care. We worked collaboratively with the Ministry of Health and their line offices (GHO and DHO) and partners to meet the needs of patients, promote healthy behaviours, strengthen health systems, and improve access to basic health services. We worked under the direct line management of the program director in the country office on technical matters/inputs.

The program director was responsible for all project delivery for RI's Yemen portfolio. We led the program design, quality implementation, monitoring, and documenting the impact of RI's humanitarian work in Yemen. We worked closely with Director International Program and technical leads at the regional office and actively support external relations, resource mobilization, program design and proposal development, and internal and external reporting. We were responsible to oversee all phases of project development, implementation, and partners meeting set deliverables and identification of relevant others. The director coordinated with peer international and national NGOs in a manner that comports with RI's vision, values, and strategy.

The nutrition project manager was responsible for all nutritional activities. We were providing technical leadership, monitoring and evaluation management, budget management, and the day-to-day management of the project's activities, including recruitment and reporting. The manager was responsible for liaison and coordination with the appropriate government authorities, donors, and other agencies of interest. We were supervised by the program manager, and we worked closely with other operation teams.

The team Leader participated in Trachoma surveillance in targeted communities in Yemen. With coordination with the local authorities and communities trachoma team was able to examine, diagnosed, treated, and raised the reports to the MoPHP for further expanded trachoma intervention in infected communities.

Amran - Al-Jawf, Yemen

The medical doctor participated in the Polio campaign monitoring system in Yemen. With coordination with the local authorities and communities medical doctor was able to monitor who got the polio vaccine and who did not and evaluate the health status of the communities. In addition, he was looking for the causes of non-vaccinated children. The health situation was reported to the MoPHP for health promotion and expanded immunization programs in general.
