Apprx Sqft: 22000 with Turnover of INR 20 Crore P.a. Stock Management as Per “ROL” / MBQ assigned. Retail Merchandising, Sales & Development, and Floor management. Cross Merchandising - Product Mix - Sell thru Private Lable Planogram / SOP followup, ensuring high standards of customer service.  Shrinkage & Inventory Control, Asset & Inventory Audit on periodically as per policy. Marketing & Promotional activities of Branches on periodically. Supporting and overseeing Retail Outlet openings (New Store Project & Set-up - Launch).  Hire, Train, Motivate, Conduct sales training, Customer Service Techniques & Product knowledge. Write-off, cash control and P&L of all branches. Implement, track and improve scores from Mystery Shopping. Scores to be linked to the KPI's of Store Managers. Adherence to SOPs (Internal to the organization) % deviations from the defined SOPs (Audit score/Mystery shopping,  Manage all Corporate Sales, efficiently and profitability and with timely payment schedules  Overseeing all back office responsibilities.  Manpower Handling: Managers – 5 Staffs – 115 nos.
