AL-MANSOURYAH EST. was awarded for the balance works of KING FAHD SPECIALISTS HOSPITAL at DAMMAM on Turnkey basis including Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Medical Equipments for an amount of SR.600Millions. In this project I have worked as an In-Charge for Quantity Surveyor, Purchase and Warehouse divisions.

Costing and Evaluation of Major-renovation and Maintenance Projects, inspecting the site, making a scope of work, preparing sketches and material take-off, preparation of bid package etc. Monitoring of projects and preparing Variation Orders (Projects costing $5,000 to $200,000).

Preparation of Bid Packages for Offshore installation of Jackets, Decks and Pipe laying contracts. Fabrication of Jackets and Piles, Decks, Heli-decks, Concrete weight coating to Pipeline contracts, service contracts such as Non-destructive Tests on steel structures (RT, UT & MPI) and shop drawings etc. Evaluation of Contractor’s claims, and preparation/submission of documents for arbitration proceedings etc including preparation of Counter Claims. Correspondence with Contractors, Insurance Agency, Banks, Indian Ministry for release of Foreign Exchange etc.

Planning, procurement and coordinating with the fabrication yard including supervision of blast proof steel structure (220 MT) along with cellular reinforced concrete foundation 500Cu.M of Concrete and other civil works. Worked as an Engineer in-charge in Dhar desert in India (Costing Rs. 6 Million). Project monitoring with PERT/CPM techniques. Revision of Cost Estimates for offshore structures construction facilities costing Rs. 109 Million.

Planning, design and supervision of High Rise residential accommodations including internal and external water supply and sewage disposal services, external water supply from and including storage tanks, Road ways and storm water drainage system in HSL colony costing around Rs. 47Millions Supervision of marine structure (Building Dock 240M Ton, 58M wide, 11.25M deep from mean sea water level) with anchored diaphragm walls, covered roof with hollow RCC columns and AC sheet roofing and side cladding along with In-house outfitting facilities for Ship Building. As a member of a Project team entrusted with the task of implementation of the Rs.800 Million expansion and modernization project of HSL. Preparation of cost estimates for the development projects which involves detailed analysis with justification for increase in quantities, Material and labour escalation with full justification for processing and obtaining the Government sanctions.
