I have been in e-governance and citizen services sector for ten years, contributing toward e-governance, electronic service delivery platforms, digital financial inclusion and citizen empowerment. I have been associated with the world’s largest network of G2C and B2C service delivery outlets (Common Services Centres or CSCs) for more than six years. I had the opportunity in playing a key role in the creation of world’s largest data of people (Aadhaar) for seemless delivery of services and right targeting of subsidies and benefits to the most deserving citizens through use of India Stack and other digital platforms created by Government of India.I have worked with several state governments, departments and their agencies for electronic delivery of services and streamlining the government functioning through usage of ICT and e-Governance applications. I had the opportunity and privilege of working with the highest levels of government officials (state and central levels) in facilitating and rolling out of services and deployment of ICT/ e-Governance systems. I have experience of working at grass root level- which has provided great exposure to work processes, culture, geographcial challenges and opportunities.I have privilege of working in organisations with diverse work culture. I have worked at IL&FS – pioneer amonst indian firms , KPMG- one of the Global Big 4, CSC SPV- a key organization of Government of India for electronic service delivery, as well as startups like BTSPL and MTTPL. I received education from premier institute in field of engineering and management. I am B.Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Madras) and obtained Bronze medal for third position in the class while pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Staretegy from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi. I obtained Certifate of Merit and Scholarship under National Talent Search Examintaion conducted by NCERT.
