I have been an operation executive in multiple of iCareer's MEGA events including Cairo Career Day, FemPower, and Supply Innovation Summit. I was responsible for all the volunteers controlling the flow, stage, and the sponsors area.Also, we are working in VIA on the 7th edition from our summit "The Excellence" it will be held on 6 May, this year. Working with Large companies, influencers and speakers with expectations to have 2500+ attendees this year, exceeding the 1800+ attendees last year's.

It's an exciting opportunity where I got to learn more about the selection criteria in the Multi-National Companies, recruited students to enter Internships, made many English assessments, and more than 30 interviews, and helped in making Aptitude tests for more than 500 people. It wasn't only a really great HR experience for me, but also it was a life-changing experience.

I worked as Project Manager on a Project called "Fishing Waste", and it's basically about recycling fishing organic and inorganic waste to make useful products. It's one of my fav experiences ever; it enriched my skills and knowledge, and also it gave me a chance to spread my ideas.
