R&R• Lead 10 EPC construction projects during this period including• Review and approve civil drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings• Conduct regular site visits to monitor civil construction activities, progress, and quality of work.• Implement quality assurance and control measures to ensure compliance with design standards, codes, specifications and confirm using an approved material and approved drawing.• Conducting tests on materials and structures to assess their strength, durability, and performance.• Oversaw project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.• resolve technical issues, and interpret design drawings and specifications.• Participates in punch lists, testing, and commissioning.• Check & pre-approve change requests and final payment certificates ( FQM)• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations with HSE departmentAchievement:• Moga Debottlenecking project: Oil tank ring, dyke wall, two transfer pump foundations, vent stack and vent pit.• Main Base Camp Expansion project: Two Staff buildings with 24 rooms & very important persons "VIP" building with 9 rooms• Steam flooding project: Steam generator station and high-pressure steam distributor line• Sufyan Early Production Facility "EPF" transfer pump relocation: two transfer pump foundations and steel shade• FNE Field Processing Facility "FPF" 18'' pipe Header expansion ( steel pipe rack , big launchers foundation , concrete protection wall )• FNE water treatment plant: Aeration concrete tank , steel hanger , water GRP transfer line• Cathodic protection for pipelines and tanks: deep well anode , transformers foundation and surveing and land work• 6+ Oil Gathering Manifold station “OGMs”: foundation, fencing, steel sheds, paving • 35+ wellheads ( oil, gas or water source ) FSF project: flow line connection, PSS and above-ground services• “OHTL” Overhead transmission line 11kv : Land Survey and install poles.
