Sales Manager
Current- Inspire and drive the sales team to meet or exceed all sales goals- Drive and manage individual and team performance Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual recurring revenue- Initiate, drive, support and influence the sales strategy- Align and collaborate with marketing to optimize demand generation and sales growth- Set the vision for the sales teams- Establish a management system to ensure execution of the sales strategies- Be accountable for business growth and achieving overall metrics (revenue, retention, ext...)- Work collaboratively with cross-functionally to ensure alignment across businesses.- Inspire and support sales managers to enable their teams meet monthly goals
