1. Lead and support roll-out of Commcare as digital data collection (piloting the roll-out in DCPSF project in FCRM, the project implemented in Central Darfur state at Mukjar and Wadi Salih localities.2. Support and facilitate the implementation of Microsoft Power BI as business analytics service, visualizations (FCRM TOT training dashboard, FCRM project capacity assessment and DCPSF project FCRM dashboard)3. Organize and lead the implementation of all assigned TI-PQ innovation fund project MEAL activities as outlined in the detailed implementation plan in line with CRS program quality principles and standards; MEAL policies, procedures and good practices; donor MEAL requirements, and industry good practice.4. Ensure learning properly accompanies project activities throughout the project cycle by coordinating project evaluation activities and guiding partners in their efforts to reflect on project experiences. Analyze implementation challenges and report any inconsistencies and gaps to inform adjustments to plans and implementation schedules.5. Lead the roll‑out and implementation of the project’s feedback complaint and response mechanism (FCRM). Support actively seeking and responding to feedback from all members of targeted communities and other stakeholders as defined by the feedback mechanism.6. Implement monitoring activities and processes according to the project’s detailed implementation plan and MEAL system. Ensure the quality of monitoring data through annual data quality assessments.7. Coordinate and oversee MEAL‑related working relationships with all local project stakeholders and serve as the liaison between them and the project team to mobilize local actors and promote project activities and impact. Identify and respond to key stakeholders’ information needs in MEAL activities, using a range of appropriate communication methods.

1. Organize and lead the implementation RISING ( is an 18-month USAID/BHA funded livelihoods, nutrition, and natural resource management program) and Taadoud (ongoing 4-year DFID funded integrated livelihoods, natural resource management, and nutrition program) both program implemented across Darfur state in all MEAL activities as outlined in the detailed implementation plan in line with CRS program quality principles, standards and MEAL policies, procedures, and practices, donor MEAL requirements, and industry good practices.2. To ensure systematic data management and analysis by using standard digital data collection tools and by developing digitalized data collection systems (Post Distribution monitoring (PDM), Projects Central Database, Automated IPTT/PIRT and Activities record sheet) using ICT application and software (Kobo Toolbox, Commcare) to improve the quality, timeliness and precision of data needed.3. To ensure that Consortium (4 INGOs) and Local Partners (12 LNGO) implement standard processes, both output and outcome monitoring checklists, questionnaires, and formats, and ensure valid and quality data assurance (USAID Data Quality Standards) during data collection from the sources and accurately recording in databases and writing quality narrative reports.4. Lead Cash and Voucher Feasibility and Market Assessments in order to prepare for cash and voucher distribution.5. Provide technical support to CRS field team in the Distribution of Cash and Voucher assistance and beneficiary information management, ensuring that implementing teams are aligning with associated Cash and Voucher Standard Operating Procedures (using CAT (Cash asset transfer) as ICT4D platform).6. Ensure that ‘Accountability’, ‘Lessons Learned’ and ‘Case Studies’ are well captured from the field, and that are appropriately documented and submitted for finalization and dissemination

1. Support Plan International MEAL manager to develop and operationalize MEAL and ICT4D strategies to meet the county program needs.2. By designing of ICT4MEAL Systems that effectively support program efforts, the Capacity development of MEAL staff to use automated and digitalized tools, and to ensure the improvement and implementation of MEAL systems according to Plan MEAL policies and procedures guidelines.3. Applying ICT4D technology in data collection, management, and visualization by using Kobo toolbox and Poimapper as digital data collection tools to collect error free quality data(Country Strategy baseline survey, project baseline and midterm and final projects evolution) 4. Lead, Facilitate and administer quality implementation of all Plan International business system namely SAP, HRIS Child-Data and Risk and Compliance System across Country Office.5. Focused on M&E Data Platform Systems, working in partnership with field staff, and provide key technology systems subject matter expertise during the architecture, planning, selection, and implementation of new systems, modules, functionality, and system-based processes6. Participate in the development, implementation and review of information management needs and solutions. 8. Ensure timely and quality service delivery, technical support, and advice to user requests for ICT4D devices.9. Administer the Electronic Document Management System and ensure that it is structured to meet organization need for record keeping.10. Document and maintain information management, records retention and archiving processes and procedures, including the training and support of staff in their use. 11. Create and manage Web content management system to increase in web traffic and stronger online identity.
