• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports on purchase, sales, debtors, bank etc.• Monitoring payables and receivables review and finalize monthly collection reports.• Responsible for the generation of income summary reports to analyze by the Finance Manager.• Submitting statement to banks such as operational data/stock and book debts for loan facilities.• Overall control on Factoring Services (Invoice Discounting). Monitoring annual insurance premium of plant, machinery, vehicles and other assets.• Liaison with auditors on monthly basis/reconciliation of bank and branch account with H.O. account. Control on cash flow/dealing with banks including deposits and withdrawals.
