Harit is Founder & CEO of Signicent Information Solutions LLP. His company deals with technology research, IPR (patents, trademarks and copyrights), innovation management, technology transfer, market research and commercialization. An IIT Madras 2008 passed out, research and technology has always been close to his heart. He has spent more than a decade solving problems and overcoming hurdles faced by technology and research organisations. He with his company has been a technology and IPR consultant to over 750+ businesses globally spread across 20 countries. He was elected as President of TIE Chandigarh for the year 2023-2024, wherein his primary role was to work with various Government agencies, Embassies, Academic & Non-Academic organisations to foster entrepreneurship in the North Indian region.He has been bestowed with prestigious Times 40U40 award and has been a TEDx Speaker.He has been a torchbearer for promoting Innovation & IP in India with MHRD (Govt. of India), Cell for IPR Promotion and Management (CIPAM), Department of Science and Technology (DST) - Govt. of Rajasthan, Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) - NITI Aayog, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), TiE Chandigarh, National Research Development Corporation (NRDC), Delhi and Institution Innovation Council (IIC) at IIT Ropar. At global stage, he was a member of PIUG & Licensing Executive Society (LES), USA.
