Project – Design & Construct Al Wakrah Bypass Road Project (EXW # P015), QatarProject Budget: QAR 2.41 BillionMajor Responsibilities: • Conducts Static Survey before commencement of project.• Serves as a lead to field staff to include assigning and monitoring work and providing direction in performing various land survey operations.• Leads and participates in a variety of land survey operations such as boundary, topography, leveling, design, as-built, and maintaining horizontal and vertical control networks utilizing a full range of survey equipment• Prepares and verifies mathematical calculations related to surveying and basic engineering; computes and adjusts angles, distances, bearings traverses and elevations interprets and computes field data; evaluates for accuracy and completeness; maintains accurate survey and non-survey related records in the form of field notes, reports and sketches; maintains vertical and horizontal control notes in files, field book and computer.• Tracks and maintains survey supplies such as stakes and marking equipment; ensures safety devices are present and in use as appropriate. • Maintains professional demeanor at all times; consistent punctuality and maintains high standards.

Projects Handled: • North south extension to Ras Abu Abboud road Project Cost: 750 million QR ($205 million) Project involved the construction of 800 meter tunnel along with eight lane highway of 4 km length with two interchanges, several bridges and one underpass. In addition, the project had major utilities, irrigation systems, landscaping, electronically operated vehicle managing system and automated tunnel management systems• Bike path, Parking Shade Structures, Bus shelters and Corniche Landscaping Project cost: 156 million QR ($43 million) Project consists of 14 Km recreational bike-path and pedestrian walkways with solar lighting system, 1400 car parking sheds, 10 custom design bus shelters and unique landscaping of the very prominent Corniche intersection.• Landscape Upgrade for Hamad International Airport Project cost: 456 million QR ($125 million) Prestigious project, involving 2.25 million sq. meters of landscaping and 3.45 million numbers of ground cover & shrubs. Also, 1628 nos. of decorative street lights and 3500 nos. of landscape lights were also installed. This project has been identified as a model landscaping project for similar projects under the Ministry of Transportation.• Salwa Express Highway Package -7 -(On Deputation) as Highway Surveyor(Structural Survey In- charge)Major Responsibilities:• Worked as Project Surveyor responsible for all types of setting out including structural and civil works.• Revise the profile of roads according to the existing site condition.
